Extending friendship
This month we wanted to feature two of the fantastic resources being used across the network - Prophet Stories and Friendship First - as well as some exciting news about new groups which have started.
Mahabba’s vision is to equip Christians in all spheres of life to be able to love their Muslim neighbours. Your continued support facilitates this resourcing and equipping across the network. Why not consider sharing with those you know about the exciting work Mahabba is doing and encourage them to get involved? See below for details of how you can do this.
Equipping Resources
If you would like to find out more about the resources being used across the network or get further details about training for these courses that are available in various local groups, please get in touch.
New Mahabba groups
Five new Mahabba groups have been planted since November 2019 - a real answer to our ongoing prayers for the development of the network.
Groups have started in Walsall, Birmingham Small Heath, Liskeard, Birmingham Strichley and a Birmingham Youth prayer group have also begun meeting.
There are now 71 groups across the U.K. making a significant impact in praying for Muslims, extending love and sharing faith. Let’s keep praying for more groups to start and grow.
SUPPORT MAHABBA IN 2020!
Your financial support allows us to continue our work across the network – helping training like Prophet Stories and Friendship First to happen and new prayer groups to start. This year, why not consider how you could further your support, whether financially or through regular prayer?
Why not share with friends, your small group or Church about the work Mahabba is doing? Encourage them to consider supporting this vital work.
Not sure how to get your church involved? Check out the latest update from the network which highlights Mahabba’s focus on envisioning Christians to reach out to Muslims and how you can be part of extending this work. Click here to read more.
