Engage: Sharing Jesus in Muslim communities

Saturday 3 March 2018: Edinburgh, 10:00am - 4:30pm

Saturday 17 March 2018: Huddersfield

An interactive day with teaching, case studies and discussion with opportunity to practise simple, reproducible approaches, and learn from amazing movements to Jesus happening across the Muslim world. 

What is Engage?

Engage is designed to help you engage with local Muslims and bless their communities. It is a one-day training event that will give you practical ways to connect, share and make disciples who multiply.

What does it involve?

There will be opportunities to explore the topic of engaging with Muslims, including:

  • How to find the people God is drawing and introduce whole families and communities to Jesus
  • How to start conversations and share the Good News in simple ways
  • What God is doing among Muslims today

What will the training include?

There will be lots of practical, interactive input so that you will go away from the day better equipped to engage with Muslims. Elements will include:

  • Starting spiritual conversations, recognising spiritually open people
  • Living out God’s love, being known as godly people
  • Telling our story and bible stories that connect to Muslim hearts 
  • Taking opportunities for God to move in miraculous ways
  • Reaching not just individuals but families and communities
  • Using simple discovery bible studies, inviting seekers to hear and obey
  • Practising extraordinary prayer
